Returns & Exchanges

King Zaza accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, odor, staining, or alteration may not qualify for return or exchange.

How To Start A Return

Please ensure all previous shipping labels are removed or covered before shipping.

3) Ship Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as King Zaza is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Return instructions and shipping information will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you would like a different size or replacement item, please contact support with your order number and requested exchange details.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
